Common Questions
- Can I use momoPie without a subscription?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 pet, 3 reminders per pet, and the latest 30 records. momoPie premium unlocks unlimited pets, unlimited reminders, and full record history.
- How can I add a pet?
Tap the + button, choose New pet, then add the pet's name, species, breed, birthday, gender, neuter status, weight, and photo if you like.
- How do reminders work?
Create a New reminder for vaccines, deworming, baths, medicine, vet visits, or custom care. Pick a date, optional time, repeat schedule, and turn on Notify me if you want local notifications.
- How do I record completed care?
Tap + and choose Log a completed record, or mark a reminder complete. Records appear in the Records calendar and timeline, and they help power Stats.
- Where can I review care patterns?
Open Stats to review completion counts, on-time rate, activity heatmap, trends, and pet or care-type breakdowns by week, month, or year.
- Is my data safe?
Yes. Pet profiles, reminders, and records are stored locally on your device. momoPie does not upload or share personal data with servers or third parties.
- Why did I not get a notification?
Check that Notify me is enabled for the reminder and that iOS Settings allows notifications for momoPie.
- How can I change language, theme, or subscription?
Open Settings for owner profile, language, light/dark/system theme, notifications, feedback, legal documents, and App Store subscription management.
Tips
- Keep iOS updated.
- You can clear app data by deleting momoPie from your device.
- Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and can be cancelled in App Store account settings.
