• The version of littleBig you are using
• Your iOS version and device model
• Screenshots, if they help explain the issue

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, private medical details, or other highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for the request.

Common Questions

I am not receiving notifications.

Check that notifications are enabled in iOS Settings for littleBig. Then open littleBig Settings and make sure reminder notifications are enabled. If you changed notification permissions recently, open the app once so pending reminders can be scheduled again.

How do I manage or cancel littleBig Plus?

littleBig Plus subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open littleBig Settings, tap Manage Subscription, or go to the App Store subscription management page for your Apple account.
